Mason County Register of Deeds
Laredo is designed specifically for the legacy and frequent users. Laredo provides access to Mason County Register of Deeds records from June 23, 1840 through present day, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Laredo is a subscription based software. The software will need to be downloaded on to each machine that will be accessing the Laredo Program. However, before downloading the software, the Laredo Agreement and the Mason County Register of Deeds Real Estate Records Licensing Agreement must be signed and the original returned to the Mason County Register of Deeds Office.
Once the agreements have been signed and approved by the Mason County Register of Deeds, the software may be downloaded from the Fidlar Technologies Website.
