Mason County Land Bank Authority


The Mason County Land Bank Authority (MCLBA) was created as a tool to help return blighted properties to productive use. Land banks can assist in the remediation of tax reverted properties and apply for grants specific to land banks in Michigan.

RFP Opportunity:

RFP: The Mason County Land Bank Authority invites bids for the removal and replacement of a home located at 3340 N. Halls Ln., Ludington, MI 49431. No pre-proposal meeting will be held. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site to become familiar with existing conditions. Bidders are requested to notify Andrew Kmetz, Chair of Mason County Land Bank Authority, of the date and time of the bidders' site visit. The original bid form must be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than 4:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, March 2, 2026. Click here for more information.
