Home Renovation RFP: The Mason County Land Bank Authority is seeking the renovation of a home located at 3340 N. Halls Ln., Ludington, MI. The home is a former tax foreclosure home that is in need of remodeling and roof repair including areas of subfloor replacement. The MCLBA is seeking bids of qualified contractors. Scheduled pre-proposal meetings will be held at the contractors request and bidders are encouraged to schedule a visit to the site to become familiar with existing conditions. The Mason County Land Bank Authority (MCLBA) was created as a tool to help return blighted properties to productive use. Land banks can assist in the remediation of tax reverted properties and apply for grants specific to land banks in Michigan.
