Mason County Land Bank Authority
The Mason County Land Bank Authority (MCLBA) was created as a tool to help return blighted properties to productive use. Land banks can assist in the remediation of tax reverted properties and apply for grants specific to land banks in Michigan.

RFP for a Phase I ESA, Pre-Demolition Survey and Baseline Environmental Assessment. Also, we are asking for hourly staff and equipment rates for a potential Phase II based on the results of the Phase I ESA. Click here for more information.
