    The Mason County Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting for the following request:

    Doug Borchardt has filed an application with the Mason County Zoning Board of Appeals for a variance on a property located in the Single Family Residential (R) zoning district, Logan Township, described as LO-238-B16 P-M RIVER RAPIDS LOT 18. 008-100-018-00, access 7373 S Porter Rd Branch.

    The applicant has requested a 10' variance and a 4' variance from the required 24' minimum width along any elevation for a dwelling at the time of placement for a 14' X 20' shed to receive additions after placement to meet the minimum 24' width requirement as well as the minimum 720 square feet of living space on the main level requirement for a dwelling.
