      The Mason County Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting for the following request:

      Shane & Shanon McDowell have requested a variance on a property located in the Rural Estates (RE) zoning district, Custer Township, parcel 003-010-008-00, access 410 N. Custer Rd. The request is for a 26' variance from the required 50' front yard setback to construct a new 28’ x 60’ dwelling.
