• 9:00 AM DHHS/OMCF Board

  • Mason County Office of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Board and Oakview Medical Care Facility (OMCF) Meetings are open to the public.

    MDHHS portion of the meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. at 915 Diana St., Ludington, MI 49431.

    The Oakview Medical Care Facility will be held immediately following the MDHHS portion and will take place at 1001 Diana St., Ludington, MI 49431

    All members of the public who will be attending will need to be screened for COVID-19 before entering the building.

     

• 7:00 PM Planning Commission

  • The Mason County Planning Commission will be meeting in the Mason County Airport conference room at 7:00 pm. The following request will be reviewed:

    Randy and Bridget Dowdy have requested a text amendment to the Mason County Zoning Ordinance to include Club as an allowed use within the Rural Estates (RE) zoning district.

    Dr. Sarah Esquivel, DVM has requested a text amendment to the Mason County Zoning Ordinance to include Veterinary Clinic as an allowed use within the Highway Commercial (C-1) zoning district.

    The Planning Commission will be conducting a Site Plan Review for the expansion of Barothy Lodge with two new lodges.
