  • The Mason County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will meet at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 in the lower lever conference room of the Mason County Jail.  This meeting is open to the public.

    The Mason County Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings:

    Iron Rock Properties LLC has requested a special land use permit to construct an automobile service station in the Neighborhood Commercial (C-2) zoning district. The said property is located in Amber Township, parcel 011-132-009-10, access 460 W US 10.

    Mason County Fruit Packers has requested a special land use permit for a 16' X 26' addition to an existing building to be used for a boiler room in the Agricultural (AG) zoning district. The said property is located in Riverton Township, parcel 011-132-003-00, access 3958 W Chauvez Rd.
