    Power Home Solar (William Tyree) has requested a 111’ variance from the required 200’ front yard setback to construct a 434.28 square foot ground mounted solar array for residential use. The subject property is located in the Recreational Residential (RE)  zoning district, Eden Township, Parcel 004-700-189-00, access 6452 S Long Valley Rd.
