    The Mason County Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting for the following requests:

    Moses Padilla (Kim Babcock, Jolly Plate) has requested an approval on a property located in the Rural Estates (RE)  zoning district, Sherman Township, parcel 013-031-016-00, access 2516 N US 31. The applicant is requesting approval to expand and existing Legal Nonconforming Use with an outdoor seating area covered by pergola.

    Carrie McCarthy has requested a variance on a property located in Zone 1 of the Mason County Airport Approach Plan, Pere Marquette Township, parcel 010-014-200-036-00, access 117 N Jebavy Dr. The request is for a use variance from the Mason County Airport Approach Plan (AAP) to allow for one (1) single-family residence.

    Acres Cooperative Inc has requested a variance on a property located in the Neighborhood Commercial (C-2) zoning district, Amber Township, parcel 001-013-026-10, access 709 W. US-10. The request is a 17’ variance from the required 30’ rear setback for a 14’ x 60’ lean-to addition to an existing building.
