  • MEETING LOCATION: 102 E. 5TH STREET, SCOTTVILLE MI (ZONING OFFICES).  The meeting is open to the public.  

    In addition to regular business, the Mason County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing:

    William Lehrbass, Jr., Pump Engineering & Supply Inc., has filed an application to rezone the southern 423-feet of the subject parcel from Neighborhood Commercial (C-2) to Industrial (I). The northern 400-feet of the property, which abuts W. US-10, would remain Neighborhood Commercial (C-2). Subject parcel: 499 W. US-10, SECTION 13, AMBER TOWNSHIP, E 1/2 OF SW 1/4 (abbreviated) (parcel # 001-013-019-00).
