Gordon Rd. The applicant is requesting a 100’ variance (west property line) and a 20’ variance (south property line) from the required 500’ setback in order to operate a mud bogging pit.
Mitch Briggs has filed an application for a variance on a property located in the Rural Estates (RE) zoning district within Meade Township, SE 1/4 OF SE 1/4 OF SE 1/4 SEC 10 T20N R15W 10 acres, 009-010-014-00, access 7970 E. Koenig Rd. The applicant is requesting to expand a non-conforming dwelling with a 12' x 20' living area and 12' x 20' attached garage.
