The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing:
Kirk Williamson, Jr. has requested a 43’ variance from the required 50’ setback for the modular home (office) until the home is removed, a 36’ variance from the required 50’ setback to use an existing detached garage which will be accessory to the vehicle sales business, and a 13’ variance from the required 25’ side setback to utilize an existing parking lot as a part of the display area for cars. The variance requests are in relation to a proposed open air business engaged in the sale of vehicles.
