  • Location:  102 E. 5th Street, Scottville MI   (Zoning Office).  This meeting is open to the public. 

    In addition to regular business, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing for: 

    Edward & Susan Jabrocki have filed an application for a variance on a property located in the Agricultural District (AG), Victory Township, Sec 10, NW 1/4 of NW 1/4, except 5 acres in NE corner being 28.3 rods N & S by 28.3 rods E & W. sec 10 T19N R17W. 35 acres, parcel 015-010-005-00, access 5844 N. Stiles Rd.  The applicants are requesting a 10’ 6” variance from the required 50’ front yard setback for a 20’x26’ addition to north side of a nonconforming dwelling.
