    The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing: 

    Steven and Carol Payne have filed an application for a variance on a property located in the Agricultural (AG) zoning district within Riverton Township, r/w Marrison Rd, Sec 36 T17N R17W 1.95 a m/l parcel 011-036-019-10, located across the street from 434 Marrison Rd.  The applicants are requesting a 600 square foot (sf) variance from the required 960 sf maximum size limit in order to construct a 1560 sf storage building on a lot across the street from a waterfront dwelling.
