    Edward Spyker Properties, LLC/Paddle Sports Warehouse has requested a special land use permit to construct an 11,628 square foot warehouse addition on the following described property:  467 W. US- 10, Amber Township, Section 13, C-2 District, 6.541 A M/L, parcel #001-013-016-00.
