    In addition to regular business, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for:

    H & K Farms, LLC is requesting a special land use permit to establish one (1) multi-family dwelling (28’ x 110’) for migrant labor housing.   The multi-family dwelling will contain two dwelling units.  The parcel is located in Riverton Township: E 1/2 of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 and W 3/4 of SE 1/4 of SW 1/4. SEC 17 T17N R17W 50 A M/L, access  3777 W. Blundell Rd, Ludington,  parcel # 011-017-019-00.
