    The Mason County Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting for the following requests:

    Trevor Scot Contracting & Restoration LLC (Ken Berry) has filed an application with the Mason County Zoning Board of Appeals for an 8’ variance from the required 21’ side yard setbacks and a 3’ variance from the minimum 10’ required side yard setback from the south property line and a 4’ variance from the minimum 10’ required side yard setback from the north property line in order to construct a new 32’ x 40’ dwelling with a 6’ x 54’ deck, a 14’ x 32’ deck, and an 8’ x 23’ deck.     Richard and Diane Sinclair have filed an application with the Mason County Zoning Board of Appeals for a 12’ variance from the required 35’ side yard setback for a 26’ x 40’ detached garage.     Kathleen Buzzitta has filed an application with the Mason County Zoning Board of Appeals for a 14’ variance from the required 35’ side yard setbacks and a 7’ variance from the minimum 10’ required side yard setback from the north property line as well as a 22’ variance from the required front yard setback to construct a new 27’ x 33’ attached garage. The subject property is located in the Recreational Residential (RR) zoning district, Sherman Township, parcel 013-001-031-00, access 4370 E Townline Rd, Fountain.
