    The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing for: 

    Richard and Dawn Thorstenson have filed an application with the Mason County Zoning Board of Appeals for a variance on a property located in the Rural Estates (RE), Free Soil Township, Sec 12, NW 1/4 OF SE 1/4 OF SE 1/4 OF SE 1/4 SEC 12 T20N R16W 2.5 A M/L, parcel 005-012-029-00, access 4737 Stark Rd.  The applicants are requesting a variance to construct a 40’ x 32’ garage in the front yard, 100’ from the center of Stark Rd and a 10’ variance from the required 25’ side yard setback for the garage.  The house is 160’ from Stark Rd.
