    The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing:

    Acres Cooperative Inc. has requested a variance on a property located in the Neighborhood Commercial (C-2) zoning district, Amber Township, Sec 13,  SEC 13 T18N R17W 7.47 A M/L Parcel 001-013-026-10, access 709 W. US-10. The request is a 17’ variance from the required 30’ rear setback for a 14’ x 60’ lean-to addition to an existing building.
