    Charles & Edna Harrison are requesting 1) a 2’ variance from required 10' (north side yard) for 22' x 32' single story addition and a 3' x 32' front porch addition to a non-conforming single family dwelling. They are also requesting a 5‘ variance from the required 10’ setback between an accessory building and the main building. The subject parcel is locate in Summit Township, Section 35, Nagasaki Park Lots 44, 45 & N 12 ft of lot 43 blk 17, access 7370 S. Montgomery Blvd.  Parcel #014-617-044-00.
