    There will be a special meeting of the Mason County Planning Commission due to meeting date falling on the 2nd Tuesday of the month rather than 1st Tuesday.  

    In addition to regular business, the Planning Commission will hear 2 special land use applications:

    Mark and Kathy Couturier have requested a special land use to establish two (2) additional multi-family dwellings for migrant labor housing in the Agricultural (A) district.  Each multi-family dwelling will contain three units each for a total of six units.  The subject parcel is in Victory Township, Section 4, T19N R17W, SW ¼ of SE ¼ T19N R17W, 40 Ac. m/l.  Access 2600 W. Beyer Rd, parcel # 015-004-013-00.  

    Grossenbacher Rentals, LLC (Fun-N-Sun RV) has requested a special land use for an expansion of an open air business in the C-2 District to include recreational vehicle outdoor storage and display areas (approximately 1.3 acres).  The expansion will occur adjacent to Fun-N-Sun RV’s south property line and within the Consumers Energy easement.  Subject parcels include parcel #001-017-004-00 (Consumers Easement) and parcel #001-017-013-00, COMM AT SW COR OF SW 1/4 OF NE 1/4, TH S 89 DEG 02'10"E 276.5 FT, TH N 00 DEG 53'W 75 FT TO POB, TH S 87 DEG 54'E 72.79 FT, TH N 24 DEG 55'25"E 328.29 FT,TH N 87 DEG 45'00"W TO A POINT 307 FT E OF N-S 1/4 LINE, TH S 00 DEG 53'E 356.30 FT TO POB. SEC 17 T18N R17W. Fun-N-Sun RV is located at 66 N. Dennis Road, Section 17, Amber Township, parcel #001-017-009-00.
