    The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold the following public hearing:

    Roger Anderson (Kibby Creek Campground) has requested a 64' variance from the required 150' front yard setback to place a building used for the operation of Kibby Creek Campground. The subject property is located in the Rural Estates (RE) zoning district, Summit Township, parcel 014-124-004-00, access 5020 W. Deren Road.

    Stephen Sipes has requested a variance to build a 24’ x 24’ carport addition to an existing 24’ x 24’ legal nonconforming accessory building. The subject property is located in the Rural Estates (RE) zoning district, Custer Township, parcel 003-026-005-00, access 1712 S Stephens Rd.
