  • The Economic Development Corporation/Brownfield Redevelopment Authority and the Mason County Growth Alliance Board of Directors will be meeting on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at  11:30 a.m. in the conference room of the Mason County Airport Building, 5300 West US 10, Ludington.  This meeting is open to the public.

• 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM Local Planning Team

  • The Mason County Local Planning Team (LPT) will meet on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the lower level conference room of the Mason County Jail.  This meeting is open to the public.

• 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM LEPC

  • The Mason County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will meet at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 in the lower lever conference room of the Mason County Jail.  This meeting is open to the public.

• 7:00 PM Planning Commission

  • Location:  5300 W. US 10, Ludington

    This meeting is open to the public.  The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings:

    Ludington Retail Management, LLC has requested a special land use permit for a multi-tenant commercial building to include three individual tenants: general retail, restaurant, and a restaurant with a drive-thru. The general retail and restaurant are both permitted uses, and the restaurant with the drive-thru is a special land use. The said property is located in the Highway Commercial (C-1) zoning district in Amber Township, Parcel 001-018-071-50, access 4528 W. US-10.
