    The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing: 

    Richard & Diane Sinclair have requested a variance on a property located in the Recreational Residential (RR) zoning district, Summit Township, FE PRAY & SONS SUBD OF BASS LAKE RECREATION PARK LOTS 3 & 8 BLK 6 & S 35 FT OF LOTS 2 & 9 BLOCK, Parcel 014-756-003-00, the parcel has two known addresses: 7425 S. Lakeshore Drive and 7431 S. Lakeshore Drive. The request is to expand a nonconforming dwelling (toward rear) with a 342 square foot addition and a 14’ variance from the required 35’ total combined side setback on the south side lot line.
