    The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing:

    Bruce & Karen Larsen have requested a variance on a property located in Agricultural (AG) zoning district, Victory Township, Sec 25, N 2 ACRES OF SE 1/4 OF NE 1/4 OF SE 1/4.EXC HWY R/W, SEC 25 T19N R17W 1.86 A M/L, Parcel 015-025-011-00, access 3091 N US Hwy 31. The applicant is requesting 1) approval to expand a nonconforming use; remove a 960 square foot (sf) garage and construct a 2000 sf office building for an existing landscaping services business and 2) a 25’ variance from the south side property line from the required 25’ side setback for the proposed building.
