    The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing:

    ESAD Recreation LLC has requested a variance on a property located in the Recreational Residential (RR) zoning district, Summit Township, Sec 35, BASS LAKE PARK LOTS 29 THRU 32 & E 1/2 OF MICHIGAN AVE AS ABANDONED ADJT TO SD LOTS BLOCK 19, Parcel 014-219-029-00, access 5791 W. Sunset Lane. The request is a 122’ variance from the required 150’ setback for a 30’ x 48’ accessory storage building related to Whispering Surf campground.
