    In addition to regular business, the Planning Commission will: 

    1. Hear a presentation from Mike Hankard, Hankard Environmental, regarding the results of the 2016 spring Post-Construction Sound Survey conducted in Lake Winds Energy Park.

    2.  Review the results from paint finish tests on Wind Turbine number 28 as it relates to a glare complaint and reveiw an updated interference study related to a television interference complaint at 4561 W. Kistler Road.  

    The Planning Commission will deliberate and may make decisions and/or recommendations regarding mitigation or enforcement related to the sound study and complaint resolution.
