    The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing: 

    Gary Kamp has filed an application with the Mason County Zoning Board of Appeals for a variance on a property located in the Single Family Residential District (R-1), Amber Township, Sec 2, Gordon’s Subdivision Hackert Lake Lots 12 & 13, parcel 001-450-012-00, access 1409 N. Cedar Lane. The applicant is requesting a 12’ variance from the required 25’ front yard setback for placement of a 24’ X 30’ attached garage and a 6’ variance from the required 40’ setback from the water’s edge of Hackert/Crystal Lake for placement of a 10’ X 36’ deck.
