    Ludington Storage LLC has requested a variance from 1) a required connection to public sewer and water and 2) required landscape irrigation in relation to a proposed mini-warehouse/self storage in the C-2 (Neighborhood Commercial) District.  The subject parcel is located in the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 and part of E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of sec 17 comm at  W 1/4 cor of sec 17 lying westerly of  the west line of  Consumers Power fee strip, aka parcel "B" sec 17 T18N R17W, 7.60 acres m/l, Amber Township, access 3651 W. US 10, parcel # 001-017-033-50.
